Please note that from 2016 all Paperchase parcels for online orders, including Click & Collect, will no longer include a printed dispatch note. Customers will still receive their order dispatch email as normal; which will include delivery method chosen, address information and a full listing of items shipped within their order. Please keep your dispatch email safe, as this will need to be referenced if you would like to return your order.
International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your parcel.
We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order. Shipping will normally take between 7 and 9 working days if you selected Standard delivery, and up to 3 working days if you selected Express delivery.
Multiple shipping addresses in the same order will result in multiple shipping charges.
When ordering goods from www.paperchase-usa.com for shipping overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from www.paperchase-usa.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
All international parcels can be tracked, you will receive a tracking code in the dispatch email we'll send you when your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse.
All product prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). VAT on non EU deliveries can not be reclaimed.
We do everything we can to meet the shipping times specified in this section. However, occasionally shipping times may be affected by factors beyond the control of Paperchase and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that we can't accept orders billed to or addressed to PO Boxes.

We've extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2017. Orders purchased until Sunday 24th December can be returned up to and including Wednesday 31st January 2018 and are subject to our returns policy.
